Hide & Ride("the game") is an application for iPhone, iPad and Mac published by xfanta and distributed through the App Store. By downloading or using the game you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use the game.

The city plans are a game

The plans are game simplifications of real public transport networks. They do not match the actual service, timetables or stops and must not be used to plan journeys. No transport operator publishes or endorses the game. Where the plans come from and under which licences is listed on Plan data.

License

Hide & Ride is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use the game on the Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms and the Apple EULA. The game and its source code are proprietary; you may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell it except as allowed by applicable law or the EULA. The plan data published on this site under the Open Database License stay under that licence.

In-app purchases

Prague is free. Every other city is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, including its refund policy.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xfanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the game.
